Straight Lined Veritas
Nov 07, 2024

Exhibitions offer an unparalleled and ideal opportunity to showcase products and services to a highly targeted audience.

The Exhibition Booth, therefore, becomes a breeding ground for international and domestic markets and the prime – networking zone that allows you to do business.

A lot of thought must be put into your Exhibition Booth, yet few understand the long process from idea conception to execution of a Booth.

Here are some projects that we will talk about in detail to show you the thought process behind each one of them.

Brief

Veritas is a multi-cloud data management platform, and with its strategic alliances provides world class data protection, availability, and insight on all information.

Their brief was simple and clear, they wanted a two-storey booth with 5 brand zones for their alliances along with 2 private air-conditioned meeting rooms, bar and storage.

Idea

The idea was to create an impactful design yet sleek and minimalistic, reflecting their clear and concise ways of managing information and making lives of their clients and partners easier. We decided to keep the structure defined with a straight line concept and a single stand-out, show-stopper element reflecting growth and confidence and managing the 2nd storey only for VIP Meetings

Inspiration Images Design & Correction Rounds

With every idea development phase, correction is one such phase (or many phases) that pave the way to perfection. We went back and forth with our developments making each design simpler than before until we reached our perfection point.

Final Design

Our final design was created and rendered, on presentation and approval of the concept by the client. Sample boards were created that allowed us the right use of materials that would reflect the nature of the business. Many trips were taken to light specialists until we found the perfect RED LED to go on the suspended structure that would be the highlight of the stand. Finally we were ready with our installation.

Build

Four days to build the stand, every day, every hour was planned to the T. And on the last day of the build up, our vision had come to life.
